Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- crackers, crushed - 1/4 lb
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Cook mixed vegetables according to pkg. directions and drain. Add cheese, mayonnaise, onion & celery. Mix and pour into a casserole dish. Top with crackers & butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
