- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- bag frozen vegetables - 1 (18
- stack Premium saltine crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Cook vegetables according to package directions, adding onion to cook also. Drain vegetables and add celery, grated cheese and mayonnaise. Place in casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs and melted margarine, then spread on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
