Mexican hominy
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 tsp
- can chili - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can hominy, drained - 1 item
- crushed corn chips - 1 c
How to make mexican hominy:
Saute onion in margarine in iron skillet. Add chili and heat. Add hominy. Cover with cheese, then corn chips. Cover and cook on low on top of stove for 10 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Tex Mex.
