Microwave chili
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder
- medium onion - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- hamburger
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- small green pepper - 1 item
- can red kidney beans, drained - 20 oz
- clove garlic, minced optional - 1 item
- can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped - 28 oz
How to make microwave chili:
In 3 quart casserole, crumble meat. Cook on High for 2 minutes. With fork, break up meat. Add onion, green pepper and garlic. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes, stirring twice. Serves 6.Good with grated cheese on top. Also good for chili dogs.
