- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- poppy seed
- almonds
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- cans cream of chicken soup undiluted - 2 item
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
- to 8 chicken breasts - 6 item
How to make hot chicken salad:
Cook, debone and cut chicken into bite-size chunks. Grease large casserole and line with cooked cut-up chicken. Mix soup, sour cream, melted butter and mayonnaise. Pour mixture over chicken. Crush crackers; add poppy seed and almonds. Sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
