Microwave bread pudding
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/3 cup
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- cups milk - 2 item
- cup butter or oleo - 1/4 item
- cinnamon or 1 tsp
- cups bread cubes about 5 slices - 4 item
How to make microwave bread pudding:
Layer bread cubes. Sprinkle with brown sugar and salt mixture. Add optional raisins, cinnamon or vanilla in 8 x 8 pyrex or microwave dish.In separate microwave container add 2 cups milk with 1/4 cup butter or oleo. Microwave for 4 minutes or until butter is melted.
In separate container beat 2 eggs and add into hot milk mixture with fork. Pour over layered bread cubes. Microwave 12 minutes on Med-High. Serve warm or cold.
