Ingredients/Components
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- egg whites - 3 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- 1/2 cup milk - 1 item
- small can of angel flake coconut - 1 item
How to make coconut cream pie:
Mix sugar and flour. Add milk and egg yolks. Beat well. Cook until it thickens stirring constantly. Add coconut and bring back to a boil. Pour into 9 inch baked pie shell. use 3 egg whites to make meringue. To make meringue, beat egg whites.
