Microwave bread pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/4 1/2
- milk - 2 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- to 8 slices torn bread with crust - 6 item
How to make microwave bread pudding:
Microwave milk and butter on High for 3 minutes in a 9-inch round microwave dish. Stir in eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and raisins. Stir to blend. Add bread pieces and let soak for a minute or two.
