Ingredients/Components
- water
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- long grain rice - 2 c
- boneless cooked chicken - 2 c
- chicken bouillon mix - 2 tsp
- cans Del Monte Mexican style tomatoes - 2 oz
How to make mexican rice:
Brown rice in saucepan with cooking oil on medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover lightly and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until rice has absorbed all liquid.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Rice.
