- salt - 3/4 tsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 1 c
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- cayenne - 1/8 tsp
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
How to make mexican meat filling:
In large skillet cook ground chuck, onion, garlic and cayenne over medium-high heat, stirring often until meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin and salt. Cook 1 minute.
