  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • chili powder - 2 Tbsp
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • tomato sauce - 1 c
  • ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • cayenne - 1/8 tsp
  • garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
  • ground chuck - 1 lb

How to make mexican meat filling:

In large skillet cook ground chuck, onion, garlic and cayenne over medium-high heat, stirring often until meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin and salt. Cook 1 minute. Add tomato sauce and cook, stirring often, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
