Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- avocados - 3 item
- large tomatoes, chopped - 3 item
- cans bean dip - 2 item
- block Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 (12
- dry taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- large bunches green onions, chopped - 2 item
- cans black olives, drained and sliced - 2 item
How to make mexican dip:
In a 13 x 9-inch serving dish, spread bean dip on sides and bottom. Combine avocados (mashed), lemon juice, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Place this mixture on top of bean dip in the bottom only of dish. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Place this mixture on top of avocado mixture.
