Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- salsa - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- lettuce - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- diced tomatoes - 1 item
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips - 2 item
- to 1 bell pepper - 1/2 item
- strips of sirloin steak optional - 1 item
How to make fajitas:
Wrap flour tortillas in aluminum foil and place in 300° oven for 10 to 15 minutes. While tortillas are warming, saute chicken with onions and bell pepper until done. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated cheese, diced tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and salsa.Note: Chicken and steak can also be grilled outdoors and cut into strips once they are done.
