- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 item
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- 1/2 onions, chopped - 1 item
- grated cheese Cheddar - 10 12
- jalapeno peppers, chopped - 6 item
- self-rising meal
- large can cream-style corn - 1 item
How to make mexican cornbread:
Pour half of the batter in skillet. Top with half of the cheese. Spoon rest of batter on top as not to disturb cheese. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, North american.
