Mexican cornbread



Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- cornmeal
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can chopped chilies - 1 item
How to make mexican cornbread:
Mix dry ingredients; add eggs, oil and sour cream. Stir until blended. Stir in corn. Add chilies. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Cover with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
