Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 8 oz
- oil - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- self-rising corn meal mix
- jalapenos to taste - 1 item
How to make mexican cornbread:
Mix all ingredients together, except cheese. Pour half of mixture into a greased pan. Spread cheese on top. Pour remaining mixture over top of cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, North american.
