Ingredients/Components
- cornmeal
- buttermilk
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- can creamed corn - 1/2 item
- diced bell pepper - 1/2 c
- diced jalapenos - 1/4 c
- hot sauce Texas Pete - 1/2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- pimentos - 2 Tbsp
- flour self-rising - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cracklings optional - 1 c
How to make mexican cornbread:
