- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- corn meal - 1 c
- corn, drained - 1 c
- chopped peppers - 1 c
- cut up cheese - 1 c
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 425° for 29 to 30 minutes.Note: Delicious served with rice and beans.
