- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- cornmeal - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- cubed Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- pimento - 2 Tbsp
- creamed corn - 1 c
How to make mexican corn bread:
