Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- cooking oil - 2/3 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cream-style corn - 1 c
- self-rising cornmeal
- large sweet pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- hot pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix all except cheese. Pour half of batter in greased frying pan, sprinkle cheese over all and add rest of batter. Bake at 400° until golden brown.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
