  • chicken breasts - 6 item
  • can Ro-Tel - 1 item
  • jar pimentos - 1 item
  • jar mushrooms - 1 item
  • bag Doritos - 1 item
  • Mexican Velveeta - 1 lb
  • jar olives - 1 item

How to make mexican chicken casserole:

Boil and debone chicken. Mix together all ingredients, only use half of the Doritos in the mixture and sprinkle the rest on top of the casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
