Mexican cheese dip
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- tomatoes
- large onion - 1 item
- small can chopped green chilies, drained - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes - 2 lb
- each vinegar, sugar and Tabasco sauce - 2 Tbsp
- each pepper, paprika, onion salt and garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make mexican cheese dip:
Combine all ingredients except the Velveeta in a food processor or blender. Simmer 2 hours or more. Add the cheese. Stir until melted. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, North american.
