Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • tomatoes
  • large onion - 1 item
  • small can chopped green chilies, drained - 1 item
  • Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes - 2 lb
  • each vinegar, sugar and Tabasco sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • each pepper, paprika, onion salt and garlic salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make mexican cheese dip:

Combine all ingredients except the Velveeta in a food processor or blender. Simmer 2 hours or more. Add the cheese. Stir until melted. Serve warm.
