Ingredients/Components
- unsifted flour - 1 c
- cornstarch - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
- corn oil margarine - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make melting moments:
Stir together flour, cornstarch and sugar. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat margarine until smooth. Add flour mixture and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place about 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten. Bake in 350° oven 10 to 12 minutes. Don't overbake. Remove to rack to cool.
