Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour
- oil enough for deep pan - 1 item
How to make funnel cakes:
Beat the egg and stir in milk. Sift flour with remaining ingredient and add to milk mixture. Mix well. Pour into funnel, holding finger over bottom opening. Release batter into 375° deep oil. Swirl from center out. Cook until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towel. Dust with 4x sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
