Ingredients/Components

  • evaporated milk - 2/3 c
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • fine bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • oregano leaves - 1/4 tsp
  • catsup or tomato sauce - 2/3 c
  • can sliced mushrooms or 1/4 lb - 1 oz

How to make meatza pie:

Place beef in 9-inch pie pan with garlic and crumbs. Add milk. Stir and spread evenly. Add sauce or catsup and spread evenly. Arrange mushrooms and then cheese on top of meat. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese melts and begins to brown. Cut in wedges.
