  • rice - 1 c
  • can tomatoes, drained save the liquid - 1 item
  • to 6 link sausage - 4 item
  • liquid from tomatoes and water

How to make sausage casserole:

Mash tomatoes. Put the rice in a greased casserole dish; cover with the mashed tomatoes. Place the sausages on top and pour the liquid over the tomatoes and rice. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
