Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- chicken broth - 1 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- small jar mushrooms - 1 item
- whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces - 3 item
- box Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix, crushed - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix cooked chicken, mushroom soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix the stuffing with the butter and pour in the broth. Put this mixture on top of the chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until top is bubbly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
