Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- ground beef
- bread crumbs
- tomato sauce - 2 c
- minced onions - 3/4 c
How to make meat loaf:
Combine bread crumbs, egg, onions and salt. Add ground beef, mixing lightly. Gradually add about half of the tomato sauce just to hold the mixture together. Mix together lightly, but well. Shape into a loaf in a baking dish. Pour the rest of the tomatRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
