Crescent chicken squares
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cubed, cooked chicken - 2 c
- can crescent rolls - 1 oz
- bread crumbs or crushed croutons - 1/4 c
- chopped chives and/or onion - 1 Tbsp
How to make crescent chicken squares:
Separate 1 can crescent dough into 4 rectangles. Press perforations to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup of meat mixture (all of the other ingredients, except 1 tablespoon butter and crushed croutons), into center of each rectangle. Pull all 4 corners of dough to top center. Seal all edges. Brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter; sprinkle with crushed croutons. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 20 minutes.
