Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella - 8 oz
- large jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- sliced Provolone cheese - 1/4 lb
- box lasagne noodles - 1 lb
- small container Ricotta cheese - 1 item
- browned, drained ground meat - 1 lb
How to make lasagne:
Cook and set aside lasagne noodles. Simmer sauce with ground meat and set aside. Lightly beat 4 eggs and add Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Add oregano and salt and pepper. Mix lightly.
