  • milk - 2 c
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter
  • water
  • Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
  • minced onion - 3 Tbsp
  • minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • potato buds - 3 c

How to make mashed potato casserole:

Boil first 6 ingredients together until onion is transparent. Add potato buds, making a very stiff mashed potato mixture. Add sour cream and cheese; combine well. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
