Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- potatoes, cooked and mashed - 5 lb
- large can Durkee French fried onions - 1 item
How to make mashed potato bake:
Combine mashed potatoes and sour cream. Place 1/2 in casserole dish; layer 1 cup cheese on potatoes and 1/2 of French fried onions on cheese. Spread rest of potatoes on top of onions, then spread rest of cheese on potatoes, then onions. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
