Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
  • or more potatoes - 3 item

How to make mashed baked potatoes:

Boil and mash potatoes. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt, pepper and butter. Add mashed potatoes and spread into baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
