Garlic mashed potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- garlic salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 tsp
- peeled potatoes - 4 1/2
How to make garlic mashed potatoes:
Cook mashed potatoes as normal, add in ingredients one at a time. Butter a baking dish and pour in ingredients. Add 2 or 3 pats of butter to top. Place in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days. When needed place in oven and bake at 400° for 40-60 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
