  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dairy sour cream - 1 c
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • onion salt - 2 tsp
  • Philadelphia cream cheese - 6 oz
  • potatoes 9 large - 5 lb

How to make mashed baked potatoes:

Cook potatoes soft and drain and mash until smooth, then add all the ingredients; beat well. If mixture seems stiff, add warm milk and beat well. Cool and put in a buttered casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. You can also put dots of butter on top. This can be kept in refrigerator for a week.
