Mashed baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion salt - 2 tsp
- Philadelphia cream cheese - 6 oz
- potatoes 9 large - 5 lb
How to make mashed baked potatoes:
Cook potatoes soft and drain and mash until smooth, then add all the ingredients; beat well. If mixture seems stiff, add warm milk and beat well. Cool and put in a buttered casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. You can also put dots of butter on top.
