Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 2 tsp
- fresh mushrooms - 25 item
- malt vinegar - 1/3 c
- hard-cooked egg yolk, mashed - 1 item
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Mix together all ingredients except mushrooms. Bring to a boil and add mushrooms. Cook 5 to 6 minutes. Refrigerate and marinate overnight.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Marinades and rubs.
