Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make barbecue sauce for spareribs:
Combine ingredients; cook slowly for 15 minutes. Pour over ribs that have been browned. Pork spareribs or beef short ribs both are good. Bake slowly for 2 hours or until done at 325°.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Onions.
