Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/3 c
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- soy sauce
- catsup - 1/3 c
- onion salt - 1/8 tsp
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hot cooked rice - 1 item
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- pineapple tidbits - 1/4 c
- boneless pork loin chops - 4 item
How to make tropical pork chops:
In a saucepan, combine the first 8 ingredients. Cover and simmer until sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
