Tuna puff sandwiches
Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- grated onion
- tomato slices - 6 item
- shredded cheese - 1/4 c
- hamburger buns, split - 3 item
- can flaked tuna - 1 oz
How to make tuna puff sandwiches:
Blend first 6 ingredients. Pile onto bun halves. Top each bun half with a tomato slice. Blend the 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup cheese. Spread on top of tomato slices. Broil 4-inches from heat, until topping puffs and browns. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Low cholesterol, Sandwich.
