Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- onion, chopped or sliced - 1 item
- cooked carrots, cut in slices - 2 lb
How to make marinated carrots:
Mix carrots, onion and green peppers in large bowl. Mix soup and remaining ingredients and heat through. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate. Will keep for weeks.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
