Saucy beef over rice
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 1/2
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- beef sirloin steak - 1 lb
- hot cooked rice - 2 c
How to make saucy beef over rice:
Shake flour in 1 Reynolds oven bag (14 x 20-inch); place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Add undrained tomatoes, soup mix, water and pepper to bag. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Add beef strips to bag. Turn bag to coat beef with sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer. Close bag with nylon tie; cut 6 slits in top. Bake at 350° until beef is tender, 40 to 45 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
