Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small or 1 large onion - 2 item
- large bunches carrots - 2 item
- small or 1 large pepper - 2 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cut carrots into chunks. Cook until tender. Cut onion and bell pepper in slices. Place into bowl. Pour cooked carrots into bowl with onions and peppers. In saucepan, heat the other ingredients until very hot. Do not bring to boil. Pour over carrots, onions and peppers.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
