• Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
• mustard - 1 tsp
• black pepper - 1 tsp
• green pepper, chopped - 1 item
• can tomato juice - 1 item
• medium sweet onion, chopped - 1 item
• sliced carrots three 16 oz - 5 c
