Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 oz
- small green pepper - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 5 c
- medium sweet onion - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots. Drain and cool. Cut onion and green pepper in round slices and mix with cooled carrots. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate 12 hours or more. Drain to serve.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
