Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can corn - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- green peppers, chopped - 1/2 c
- Ranch dressing
- pinto beans, drained - 2 cans
- large tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- cornbread mix, baked - 1 pkg
- jar bacon pieces - 1 item
How to make cornbread salad:
Dressing:1 c. Ranch dressing1/2 c. sugar1 c. mayonnaise1 c. sour cream Break cornbread in bottom of bowl. Layer beans, corn and bacon pieces. Mix tomatoes, green pepper and onions. Add to layers in the bowl. Add cheese, top with dressing. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Salads.
