Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 2 lb
- small green pepper - 1 item
- small sweet onion - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
How to make marinated carrots:
Peel and slice carrots. Cook until tender. Drain. Slice green pepper and onion. Mix with carrots. Combine remaining ingredients. Heat just to a boil. Pour over carrots. Toss; then refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
