Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 5 c
- can cream of tomato soup - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots; drain and cool. Cut onion and green pepper and mix with carrots. Mix other ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Cover closely. Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours or more. Keeps well in the fridge! Makes a great condiment.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
