Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- wine vinegar - 3/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots in boiling water until tender; drain and cool. Mix together remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 days. Drain and turn into serving dish. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
