Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- mango puree - 1 c
How to make mango sherbet:
Combine puree, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 cup water. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour into a container and freeze to a mushy consistency.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Mango.
