Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- grated coconut - 1/2 c
- diced mango - 2 c
How to make mango bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon into a small mixing bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, combine eggs, oil and sugar. Combine with dry ingredients and blend well. Fold mangos, raisins, nuts and coconut. Pour into loaf pans and bake 45 to 60 minutes. Enjoy.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
