  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • sour cream
  • cherry pie filling - 1 item

How to make mini cheesecakes:

Topping:1 c. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1/4 tsp. vanilla cherry pie filling Preheat oven to 350°. Blend first 4 ingredients together. Pour into cupcake papers, in cupcake tins. Fill 3/4 full and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven.

Mix topping (sour cream, sugar and vanilla). Spoon 1 teaspoon on top of each cupcake. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Top with cherry pie filling when cool. Refrigerate.
